Beware of Scam Emails

It has come to our attention that some occupants have received fraudulent emails claiming that our office has temporarily changed its payment methods. These emails instruct recipients to make ACH payments to a new account and provide a phone number or email for follow-up.

Please be advised: This is a scam.

Our office only accepts payments through one of the following secure methods:

  • By check mailed directly to our office.
  • Through the INOSIO portal.

These fraudulent emails often appear similar to our official communications, using names of our staff members but with slight differences in the email domain, such as “.us” or “.net” instead of our official “.com” address.

Unfortunately, email scams are increasingly common, and while we are actively monitoring the situation, we strongly encourage you to remain vigilant. If you receive any suspicious messages regarding payments:

  • Do not respond or provide any financial information. Instead, please contact our office directly to verify any requests.
  • Additionally, please block the email address.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation in helping us prevent fraud. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our office.
