Tom has over 50 years of proven expertise in property management, construction/development, sales, marketing, financing and ownership of 11 major real estate projects involving approximately 1.2 million sq. ft. of office and industrial space and hundreds of residential units throughout Long Island, with a payroll consisting of 90 to 100 employees. Tom’s expertise includes management of hundreds of residential multi-family units throughout Florida for bank REO departments. He is proficient in discounted cash flows to analyze and market properties for purchase, build to suit, sale or joint ventures. Additionally, he has been a court appointed receiver in New York and Florida.

Tom is an accomplished professional with a unique combination of experience, having owned several businesses as well as a solid understanding of commercial real estate that enables him to exceed client expectations. He has resided in Florida for the last 24 years and is well established in the local Southwest Florida Real Estate marketplace.
