ADMINISTRATION: Pepitone has institutionalized the effective administration of real property. We utilize updated industry standard property management and accounting software. This package is capable of generating all required reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The system provides budgets with variances, monthly income and expense statements, capital expenditure analysis, general ledger, check register, bank reconciliation, accounts payable aging, all tenant billings, rent roll and ongoing reports for arrears. In addition, our reports can be customized for clients special needs. CUSTOMER RELATIONS: A successful development depends on the integrity of the Landlord and Tenant relationship. A dispute, however, can result from differences in lease interpretation or non-payment of rent or assessments. Our goal is to ensure that the terms and conditions of a Lease Agreement, by-laws, rules and regulations or contracts are enforced as negotiated and to prevent loss of revenue while maintaining a sound business relationship with residents or tenants. We have achieved that goal by bringing disputes to swift and successful resolutions over our 60+ year history.
RECEIVERSHIP: Pepitone has acted as partners, federally and county-appointed receivers, and third party managers for a large variety of prestigious institutions.
